its neighboring countries.
We accept payments in Euros or in British Pounds. Prices are nets and do not
include shipping charges, insurance, VAT or customs duties (if applicable).

Shipping
Unless you otherwise specify, Kation Europe Bt. will ship your order by DHL Express. On-line shipment tracking is provided by DHL. You will receive a tracking number by E-mail. Transit time is one or two business days for most European countries. F.O.B. point is Budapest, Hungary.
Method of payment
Kation Europe Bt. accepts orders from countries of the European
Union and from all other countries with no additional charges. Shipping charges,
insurance, VAT or sales tax and custom duties (if applicable) are extra costs
and charged on the buyer. Payment must be made in Euros or British Pounds
using bank transfer (preferred) or money order checks. Our IBAN number will
be provided in due time.
Kation Europe Bt. sells to universities, businesses, schools, agencies and
individuals. No minimum purchase is necessary.

Electrode sales are final, no returns are accepted. Electrophysiology
instruments and their accessories made by Kation Scientific/Kation Europe
Bt. are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one full
year from the date of shipment as long as they have been exposed to normal
and proper use. Products which prove to be defective during the warranty period
will be repaired or replaced without charge provided they are returned to
the factory. Kation Europe Bt. will provide for servicing and calibration
after the warranty period for a reasonable service charge. The instrument
should be shipped to the factory with postage prepaid. Kation Europe Bt. certifies
that its instruments have been tested and inspected thoroughly and was found
to meet all published specifications before shipment from the factory.
Limitation of liability:
Seller is not liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages.
Do not use products sold by Kation Europe Bt. in human medical or experimental
purposes.
